Credits, trials and upgrades

Yes. Unused purchased credits remain in your organization wallet when you move from Lite to Pro or Enterprise, subject to their original 12-month validity. Monthly included credits reset with the billing cycle and trial credits expire with the trial.

Lite chat is embedded in app.topsort. Standalone Tomi opens as a separate app with a 14-day limited trial after organization-level activation. Credits belong to the organization, not each user. No automatic paid conversion is assumed.
